We had a goal when taking on The Eagle, and it was to provide good locally sourced food. We work with a number of suppliers to make sure that the food on your plate has come from a local supplier where possible.

We use the multi award winning Swannington Farm to Fork for all of our meats who specialise in supplying fully traceable meat with the emphasis on quality, taste, animal welfare and food miles. Their name features across our menu as as we are proud to use such a quality local butcher

All of our fruit and veg comes from Easters, who have been in Norwich for over 35 years and uses local produce, they hand pick their fruit and veg to ensure the best reaches us and in turn reaches you the customer! From the lime in an Adnams Gin and Tonic to the potatoes on the Sunday Roast, it all comes from Easters.

Our fish comes from Howards and Son in Norwich, they have been in the business since 1889, and source their produce locally where possible and deliver it fresh to us. The Fish of The Day comes to us from Howards and Sons and is then battered using Norfolk Brewhouse Ale in the batter mix for the perfect Fish and Chips

Our cheeses are delivered from the Cheese Truckle, keep an eye out on the Christmas Menu for the Smoked Norfolk Dapple!

Even the chef was locally sourced!!
