Christmas 2025

Bookings and deposits 

1. To secure a booking, we require a £10 per head deposit. Any booking without a deposit is provisional.
2. Any provisional bookings or date enquires will be taken off our booking system if we haven’t heard back from you after 2 weeks
3. Minimum party size of 6 and max party size of 40
4. Settling the bill at the end of the meal, on the day, remains the responsibility for the party organiser. We will not accept individual payments.
5. You will have an arrival time and a food time. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate any incidents, it is not our responsibility if your party is late and we will aim for the agreed food time.

Pre orders

1. A Pre order is required for all Christmas menu bookings. A form will be sent to you which must be used as it is designed to help our kitchen and front of house team. It will also allow you to let us know of any allergens.
2. We will need your pre order no later than a week prior to the event. Any changes will be needed no later than 48 hours before your booking, we cannot guarantee any changes after this, but we will try our best to accommodate
3. All bookings must order from one menu. We will accommodate our regular menu or Christmas menu Monday – Thursday but due to the high demand of Fridays and Saturdays in the festive period, only Christmas parties from the Christmas menu will be accepted.

Cancellations

1. If you need to cancel your booking, we need to receive notice at least 2 weeks in advance. Failure to let us know in this time frame, will mean we will not be able to return your deposit.
2. If we are not informed of a guest cancellation with 48 hours notice, their £10 deposit will be held and if we are not informed of a guest cancellation in 12 hours notice, their full meal will be charged.
