How to book a BBQ:
- All BBQ enquiries are to be made via email – [email protected]
- Once availability has been confirmed, we can provisionally book your BBQ in. All BBQs are considered provisional without a deposit and provisional bookings are held for two weeks.
- Once you’re ready to confirm your BBQ with a deposit, a deposit payment link for £100 will be sent via email.
- Please let us know of final numbers with food choices and time you would like food to be served, a week prior to the event in the following format. And for any veggie or vegans, if we could get a list of their names that we can tick off, that would be so handy! We’ve found with a few BBQs last year, guests asking for veggie, of course we assume they’ve ordered this with the party organiser and turns out they hadn’t, leaving others without a meal and in turn had to order more food onto the bill.
Terms and Conditions:
1. To secure a BBQ, we do require a £100 deposit. This does get taken off the final bill on the day.
2. Settling the bill at the end of the meal, on the day, remains the responsibility for the party organiser. We will not accept individual payments.
3. We will need to know food choices (how many meat eaters/vegans/diet requirements) no later than a week prior to the event – any changes will be needed no later than 24 hours before your booking, we cannot guarantee any changes after this, but we will try our best to accommodate
4. If you need to cancel your booking, we need to receive notice at least 1 week in advance or you may lose your deposit
6. Any provisional bookings or date enquires will be taken off our booking system if we haven’t heard back from you after 2 weeks. Minimum party size of 20 is strictly required.
