Creamy white butter bean soup with a basil pesto and beetroot croutons.
Beef carpaccio with dressed rocket, shaved parmesan and truffle oil.
Sautéed asparagus in a caper and chilli butter with a poached egg on toasted sourdough.
Pan seared scallops on a spinach puree with pancetta shards and apple crisps.
Seafood linguine in a creamy white wine, garlic and chervil sauce.
Chargrilled 10oz ribeye steak with confit aubergine. Roasted on the vine cherry tomato, hand cut chips and a dressed salad. (£2 supplement)
