Sous Chef Required

 

We are a busy food based pub which has seen growth over the past few years, and are looking for a full time Sous Chef to join our fun and friendly kitchen team. The positions involves working under the Head Chef as well as being able to take charge when he is not there. Experience is necessary, as well as being able to fit in as part of a team.

 

Menu ideas and pricing of dishes will also be involved, as well as all other aspects of working in a busy kitchen, including maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

 

Hours will be between 40 – 45 a week, which can increase when busy. The right person must also be flexible and able to work at peak busy times. Pay is on an hourly basis to be discussed.
